1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 665bd platform, accessible at https://665bd.io and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 665bd (referred to in these Terms as "665bd", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 665bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person, acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

• You must not be a current or former employee of 665bd, or a close family member of such an employee, where a conflict of interest may arise.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

665bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any time — including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other stage deemed appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, driving licence) and proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).

Where 665bd determines that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the payment source used, less any amounts already withdrawn. All winnings generated on the account will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and operate only one (1) active account on the 665bd Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if any of it changes. 665bd relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with its internal security and anti-fraud obligations. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Verification

665bd may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued play. This process may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification and proof of address. 665bd treats all submitted documentation with confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Currency

All 665bd accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and displayed odds values are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.5 Account Dormancy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 665bd reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction being made.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts for card-based methods may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction. 665bd does not charge any platform fee on standard deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by 665bd within normal business hours. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes of the request being approved. Processing times for card withdrawals may vary. All withdrawals are subject to 665bd's identity verification requirements. 665bd reserves the right to impose additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Source

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. 665bd may refuse a withdrawal request if it suspects the receiving account does not belong to the registered account holder.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If 665bd identifies that a deposit has been made from a payment account not belonging to the registered user, the deposit may be returned and the 665bd account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Currency

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion, where applicable for card transactions, is handled by the card issuer and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 665bd are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

665bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers that have already been activated by an eligible player at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of activation, unless the modification is required by regulatory or legal obligation.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

By placing a bet on the 665bd Platform, you are entering into a binding wagering contract with 665bd on the terms and at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your bet — including the selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. 665bd does not accept any responsibility for bets placed in error by the user.

6.2 Odds and Markets

665bd reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including markets that are already open for betting. 665bd may void any bet placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the account holder's 665bd balance.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

665bd reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to individual bets or accumulator combinations. Where a maximum payout limit applies, it will be displayed in the relevant market terms. Any potential winnings above the stated maximum will not be paid regardless of the outcome.

6.4 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket, the official result as declared by the ICC, BPL governing body, or relevant national cricket board will be used. In the event of a dispute over the result, 665bd's decision — made in good faith based on the best available information — shall be final.

6.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events. 665bd makes every reasonable effort to ensure that live odds are accurate, but accepts no liability for delays in feed updates, server interruptions, or any other technical issues that may affect the live betting experience. All bets placed during a live event are subject to the standard bet settlement rules outlined above.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with events available for betting on 665bd.

• Making deposits using payment accounts that do not belong to you.

9. Account Security
